Please remember that this is only part of your application. There are other documents (Application Check List, 2 Teacher’s Recommendation, & Offical Transcript Request Form) that must be reviwed and submitted: Application Pack Part 2. Please remember that official transcript from your current school is not required until the applicant has been acceted by NCA. You should simply submit a copy of transcript (which you can obtain from the registrar of your child’s current school) or three years of report cards and standardized test records.Â
