IB

The IB Diploma Programme is a demanding two-year curriculum in six subject areas (English, Second Language, Sciences, Histories, Maths, and Elective) for 11th and 12th graders.  All areas are taught to emphasize an international perspective.  Unlike AP, IB goes beyond simply completing courses and exams: IB mandates external assessment and three additional requirements including a 4,000 word research paper (13-14 pages), CAS (creative action/service), and a class on TOK (Theory of Knowledge).
